It is the only system which uses only vinyl coatings that adhere perfectly to all substrates and remain flexible. They completely permeate the polyester fabric, can not be separated and are non-flammable once installed.

Inplemented in just 6 steps:
1. Glue the fabric with our Poly-Tak, stretch it with an iron calibrated in temperature
2. Apply a coat of Poly-Brush with a brush
3. Rib lace, install reinforcements and finishing tapes with Poly-Brush
4. Apply 2 coats of Poly-Brush with a paint spray gun
5. Apply 3 coats of Poly-Spray with a paint spray gun the block the ultraviolet rays
6. Apply 3 coats of Poly-Tone, Aero-Thane or Randthane with a paint spray gun
AIRTRONIC holds the EASA STC #10062317 to cover ROBIN Aircraft DR series with the Poly-Fiber Fabric Covering System: 12 to 20 Kg saving weight over the original fabric covering and at least 25 years between re-covering!

A little story :
In 1985, aircraft and glider pilot, aviation enthusiast, I set out in search of a fabric covering system easier to use and more durable than the nitrocellulose products such as coatings glue, coatings of tension and UV protections that where available on the European market to cover old aircraft.
The meeting with Ray Stits during a trip in the United States in 1986 was decisive. He offered me to try his products to cover a Piper Cub. What was done a few months later.
